Job Description

  • Manage end-user services operations and provide technical support for PC/notebooks in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Manage Windows and Mac base image builds, patch updates, and resolution of end-user issues.
  • Analyse end user computing conditions to optimise computing performance and interoperability with endpoint security and collaboration software.
  • Provide support for setup of large-scale video/audio conferences and virtual events.
  • Manage service status, escalations, track major incidents and service issues. Coordinate updates to management and manage communications to users
  • Participate in EUC projects including Tech Refresh and Windows Base Release upgrade.
  • Proactively engage internal business and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital workspace and employee experience.
  • Develop automation scripts to optimise endpoint performance, deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Posses strong relationship management skills with colleagues to be able to work collaboratively with other internal or external groups and user to deliver service improvement projects and digitization initiatives.
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and able to influence at all levels.
  • Showcased good interpersonal skills for customer relations and building positive rapport with peers and management.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with ability to make sense of complex and logical problems.
  • Preferable candidate with strong knowledge on ITIL Foundation 4.0, Incident Management software, Reporting & Analytics, and Major Incident Management.
  • Resourceful, energetic, persevering and able to multi-task independently with confidence in time-critical environment.
