The company currently operates a global network of 11 overseas offices, supporting customers worldwide. Driven by growing demand in the EV, semiconductor, and advanced electronic components sectors, the business has continued to expand and recently established a Technology Lab in Penang, Malaysia.
This position is part of the company's expansion in the Malaysian market and offers the opportunity to join during an exciting start-up phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer support activities and is expected to become a key member of the organization as the business continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and provide operational training for dispensing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, and technical support at customer sites.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team at the Japan headquarters.
- Prepare and submit service and activity reports.
- Travel domestically within Malaysia and overseas as required (approximately 50% travel).
- Attend a 1-2 month training program in Japan upon joining the company.
Requirements
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Educational or professional background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N3 level or above for internal communication.
- Business-level English proficiency.
