They support customers across the semiconductor industry by delivering high-performance equipment, technical services, installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support. As part of their continued business expansion, they are looking for passionate engineers to join their growing technical service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and start up semiconductor and industrial automation equipment at customer sites.
- Perform equipment calibration, testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, and process-related issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and equipment inspections to maximize system reliability and minimize downtime.
- Support machine optimization, process improvement, and equipment upgrades during commissioning and production ramp-up.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Deliver equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting training to customer engineering and production teams.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and support continuous product improvement.
- Travel to customer sites as required to provide installation, maintenance, and after-sales technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, electronics manufacturing, or related industries are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical components, sensors, PLCs, servo systems, motion control, and machine troubleshooting.
- Exposure to equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service is an advantage.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, machine vision systems, vacuum systems, or pneumatic systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers, colleagues, and headquarters.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel extensively and work at customer sites as required.
