Job Details:

Position : Field Services Operation - Field Engineer/Technician

Company Industry : Telecommunication

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (09.00 A.M. to 06.00 P.M.)

Working Duration: 6-12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal depend on performance)

WHO CAN APPLY

• Min diploma in telecommunication Engineering/Computer or any other relevant field
• Have knowledge in LTE/5G networks
• Have knowledge in field operation's health, safety and environmental
• Min 2 years experience in telecommunications industry
• Min 2 years working experience in field operation processes and tools management, i.e., base station, transmission
• Have experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) technology
• Have experience in tower climbing
• Have experience in computer-based troubleshooting (indoor/outdoor)
• Have valid Driving License, CIDB, Working at Height (WAH) & TM NIOSH Safety Passport
• Able to work on standby shift
• Owns 5G compatible mobile phone
• Owns two (2) mobile networks as main and backup lines. Phone allowance will be given
• Able to start work in short notice
• Malaysian citizen

JOB ROLE

• To perform 1st Level field troubleshooting (corrective maintenance) on access layer LTE/5G network elements and services.
• To ensure fault restoration is within the SLA.
• To perform preventive maintenance (by schedule frequency) to improve the network stability such as intermittent and repeated faults.
• To execute and handle assigned WFM-IFS WO within a certain time frame and ensure all the WO meet SLA.
• To ensure Apparatus Assignment (AA) are in place.
• Accountable for day-to-day execution, project acceptance, and documentation sign-off IN ORDER TO meet rollout implementation quality and fulfil customer demand.
• Required to standby for 24x7 duty roster
• Produce require routine report.
