Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment
- Provide Center of Excellence and Industry Solution Gross Margin & Inventory Analysis
- Support Controller and be a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
- Deliver business performance analysis and narratives with focus on revenue, cost of sales, MOH, variances, inventory, capital budget, headcount.
- Handle all Order Fulfillment related month end activities such as revenue recognition booking, inventory & COS accruals..
- Partner with Cost Accounting team and engage in the semi annual standard cost setting.
- Support controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi-annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN).
- Provide support on NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis
- Study and implement relevant process to improve efficiency
- Develop, coordinate, lead and analyze ad-hoc projects and operational analysis
- Contribute ideas and solutions to a variety of operations related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification in Accountancy with 6+ years work experience
- Strong communication, analysis and presentation skills
- Working knowledge in Oracle ERP, Power BI & Microsoft Excel. OneStream and MicroStrategy will be added advantage.
