Finance Business Partner

We are looking for an analytical and business-minded professional to join our Finance Business Partner team. In this role, you will work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial insights, evaluate business initiatives, and support decision-making across marketing, product, and commercial activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business strategy, commercial finance, budgeting, and investment analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

What You'll Do

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for Brand & Commercial functions.
• Analyze marketing, trade, and commercial spending to provide actionable business insights.
• Assist in evaluating business proposals, product launches, promotional activities, and commercial initiatives.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Monitor budget utilization and financial performance against business targets.
• Conduct profitability, ROI, and variance analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial analyses for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, and Finance teams to promote financial discipline and support informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Audit, Consulting, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with financial data, business analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
