Responsible for APAC regional finance-related support.
Manage APAC accounts receivable (AR) and KPI tracking, including monthly monitoring of country-level AR performance and driving improvement in collection efficiency and financial quality.
Liaise with HQ credit control and AR/treasury teams to implement AR policies, improve collections, and drive AR reduction initiatives.
Support country project finance activities, including financial analysis, collection follow-up, cost control, and risk management.
Contribute to APAC management reporting and budget tracking to support performance and value analysis.
Participate in finance digitalization and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and enable smarter finance processes.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience; experience in accounts receivable management or financial accounting is preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Self-motivated, responsible, mature, well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective bilingual in both Chinese and English because the candidate needs to liaise with Chinese and English speaking stakeholders
Demonstrates an innovative mindset with the ability to proactively leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency and financial analysis capabilities.
