Finance Executive

• To prepare monthly management and statutory accounts including variance analysis reports.
• To administrate daily finance operations and cash management.
• To liaise with procurement on matters related to procurement and vendor management.
• To prepare profit and cash flow forecast and projection.
• To assist in dealing with internal auditors under HeiTech Padu Berhad and external auditors.
• To assist in ensuring timely tax submission and to liaise with tax agent on tax related matter.
• To ensure month-end closing, billing, intercompany transaction, receivable and payment netting are delivered on time and as per regulations.
• To follow a system of policies and procedures on financial reporting and operational activities.
• To create project accounts, work breakdown structure in the UBS Project System, UBS Accounting System.
• To maintain all project worksheets including project revenue and expenditure monthly.
• To prepare transaction for company statutory obligations for EPF, SOCSO, LHDN & JKDM through on-line submission.
• Assisting on ad hoc basis for special projects or tasks per management request.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in financial accounting and operation knowledge.
• Fluent in both written and oral of English communication skills
• Ability to commute/relocate to Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
