- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on project performance, including cost analysis, profitability, and cash flow. Provide insights into financial variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget. Implement cost control measures and conduct regular financial reviews to identify and address cost overruns.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow for construction projects, including invoicing, collections, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure timely cash flow to support project operations and maintain financial stability.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations. Prepare financial documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
