Job Description

Key Duties:
  • Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Director by formulating and implementing financial policies, analyzing business information, and giving advice based on findings.
  • Prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial statements, oversee financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, feasibility study for expansion.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and government authority in relating to accounting issues.
  • Supervise, guide and coach the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements imposed by regulatory bodies.
  • Handle full set accounts & Payroll
  • Handle HR, payroll, recruitment, policies and administration functions.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in finance and accounting.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) and SAP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language.
