Finance Manager (Site Controller)

Key Job Accountabilities
Financial Close & Forecast
-Review and analyze site/regional financial month-end reports
-Review and analyze site/regional fiscal rolling P&L to meet site and corporate financial requirements and operational needs
Analysis of Site/Regional Financial Performance
-Support the site/regional audit and control responsibilities, inclusive of revenue recognition, scrap/MUV/CCA, GPCM, LCM and fixed cost analysis to mitigate financial and operational risk
-Analyze and assess changing business issues like profitability, margins, productivity
Financial Report
-Prepare financial reporting and analytics for site management, including: Monthly financial reporting, Monthly financial forecasting & Financial assessment of new opportunities
-Provide backup and support to the Regional Finance Director to implement finance directions
Mentoring and Guidance
-Provide functional guidance to juniors in accomplishing operational objectives
Acquire, Develop, Retain of Best People
-To identify and hire right talent, develop high performance and motivated/engaged team with right competencies and capabilities
Drive Operational Excellence in Finance Department
-Lead and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in finance process and system enhancement

Education Requirements
. Degree / Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
. Certificate / Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
