Role Description This full-time Financial & Insurance Advisor role is an on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The advisor will engage with individuals and corporate clients to assess their financial protection and savings needs, recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions, and support clients in understanding product features and benefits. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing proposals, managing policy applications, and providing ongoing policy reviews to ensure solutions remain aligned with clients goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, complying with regulatory and company standards, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Advisors are expected to build long-term relationships, contribute to business growth, and participate in training and development activities to stay up to date on product and market developments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in Insurance and Finance to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Consulting, including the ability to assess client objectives, provide tailored advice, and present clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and explain complex information in an accessible way.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment, with strong ethical standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems, with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance advisory roles in Malaysia is beneficial; proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
