Job Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the core design and business implementation of TradFi perpetual contract products covering FX, precious metals, equity indices, commodities, and US stocks. Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle and bear direct accountability for trading experience and business performance.
- Product Mechanism Design – Independently design core trading rules, including contract specifications, leverage tiers, margin models, funding rates, and settlement pricing. Continuously optimize trading experience and capital efficiency based on user behavior and market data.
- Risk Control Implementation – Design detailed risk rules such as leverage limits, position management, liquidation logic, price protection, and abnormal market handling. Drive dynamic tuning and live validation of tiered risk parameters.
- Liquidity & Market-Making Collaboration – Work closely with market makers and internal teams to optimize trading depth, spreads, slippage, and execution quality. Ensure stable pricing and order‑taking capability under extreme market conditions.
- Data‑Driven Growth – Lead data analysis and strategy iteration using core metrics such as trading volume, revenue, user activity, and retention. Independently conduct business reviews and deliver actionable optimization plans.
- Cross‑Functional Project Execution – Act as business owner to lead new product launches, mechanism upgrades, and risk optimization projects. Align resources across R&D, risk, operations, market makers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in financial derivatives, with a solid understanding of the underlying mechanics of perpetual contracts (margin, funding rates, liquidation, matching engine). Proven track record in 0‑to‑1 product launches or core iterative projects.
- Strong execution capability and business‑result orientation. Able to independently own an entire product line. Highly data‑sensitive, with the ability to identify issues from data and drive implementation of solutions.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive project execution without direct reporting lines.
- Deep hands‑on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Risk control frameworks for CFDs/perpetuals (leverage, limits, liquidation, price protection), OR
- Liquidity management (market‑making, quoting, depth).
- Nice‑to‑haves:
- Working‑level English communication skills.
- Knowledge of matching / clearing system architecture.
- Experience in trading user growth.
- Background in crypto or traditional FX brokerage.
