You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Food & Beverage Manageras the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Qualifications
- A minimum of Three years experience asFood & Beverage Manager.
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Verbal and written English language proficiency is required, with a second language helpful.
- Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only.
