Job Description
- Conduct manual reviews of global booking transactions to identify and detect potential fraudulent activities before order confirmation, and perform post-confirmation reviews to ensure transaction legitimacy and flag any suspicious behavior.
- Execute and track fraud loss recovery processes to recover losses incurred by fraudulent transactions for the company.
- Support claims by providing necessary documentation and evidence, and process refund procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and follow up on fraud-related cases and issues.
Job Requirements
- College diploma or above; English or related majors are preferred.
- Good communication skills, patient and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify problems; experience in fraud prevention review or related roles is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment.
- Familiarity with manual review platforms and tools is preferred.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's fraud prevention efforts and requires flexibility to work in shifts. We will also continuously upgrade our tools by integrating large AI models in the future.
