FSTEP Trainee

Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a graduate training programme offered in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia. It is an intensive programme designed to jump-start your career in the financial services industry.

The programme helps fresh graduates kick-start their careers in the financial services industry through a 3-month comprehensive and interactive classroom training programme, followed by 9 months of on-the-job training. The next intake will commence on 28 September 2026.

As CGC continues to evolve in a rapidly changing business environment, we are looking for dynamic and driven graduates to build the skills and capabilities needed for the future.

Programme requirement:

• We are seeking dynamic, driven, and proactive individuals with strong leadership potential and active involvement in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics / Actuarial Science / Engineering / Human Resource Management / Finance / Economics / Business Administration, or other relevant STEM disciplines, with a minimum CGPA of 3.50
• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in English
