Job Description
Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test
plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical
architecture tests.
Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
Execute test scripts.
Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management
Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build
team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Validate product fixes.
Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the
product or the testing process.

Technical/Functional skills
. Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the
application requirements
. Strong attention to details - able to document and follow detailed
instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents
(i.e., steps to recreate the problem)
. Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the
overall project life cycle
. Basic foundation knowledge in Banking
. Able to handle assignment independently with minimum supervision
. Technical knowledge in banking applications

. Good email Etiqutte and communication skills
