Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting critical infrastructure and industrial operations across the region. As part of its ongoing growth and transformation agenda, the organisation is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a significant business portfolio and drive operational excellence.

Your New Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business performance, operational strategy, and commercial outcomes of a sizable energy and utilities operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multi-disciplinary teams across operations, engineering, maintenance, and support functions
• Driving operational efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing P&L performance and business growth strategies
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, regulators, and business partners
• Identifying opportunities to optimise plant, asset, and utility performance

What You'll Need To Succeed

To be successful, you should possess:

• Extensive leadership experience within the Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Process sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets and business performance
• Demonstrated success leading sizeable technical and operations teams
• Experience driving transformation, operational excellence, and business improvement initiatives

Senior leaders from power generation, utilities, district cooling, industrial services, energy infrastructure, oil & gas, or related sectors are encouraged to apply.
