Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across one or multiple sites.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and process optimization programs.
• Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor P&L performance and control operational expenses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Preferably 10-15+ years of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale warehouse operations.
• Experience managing multi-site distribution centers preferred.
• Experience in 3PL logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
