GENERAL WORKER - MAINTENANCE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repairs of buildings, facilities, events preparation & arrangement and equipment.
Note: This Job Description may not encompass the entire scope of this role, as other duties maybe assigned by management (Mahsa Tech).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the facility supervisor/ manager in their general maintenance tasks;
Inform the supervisor, Building Manager of any problem, defects or non-conformities
Follow instruction specified in procedures
Perform the required maintenance work equipment / tasks assigned by the supervisor
Keep equipment/ tools clean and in good working condition
Keep workplace clean during and after work.
Maintain workshop in a clean and orderly manner.
Update the work status through the WhatsApp or any other platform authorised by the Department Head.
Corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints and perform other related duties as required.
(Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Air-cond, Welding, Carpentry, Cleaning, pool cleaning etc...) An ability to communicate well with facility supervisor, mangers and staff

QUALIFICATIONS No formal Education needed, SPM Graduation Certificate (preferable)
OTHERS Valid Driving Permit Class D and B2 (Applicable only for the IC holders) Able to proficiently read, write and speak BM & English (preferable)
