Responsible for ensuring that the dining room, kitchen and outdoor areas of the restaurant are clean, tidy, comfortable and safe
Clean the surau area, crew room, AHU room and electrical room
Ensure that lights and fans are working properly
Clean the rooftop area and change the air conditioning filter
Clean and vacuum the dirt on the ceiling to prevent pests
Clean the Ansul prevention container
Closing spaces that could be entry/exit routes for pests
Cleaning drains and ensuring smooth drainage systems using high-powered cleaners
Carrying out minor repairs such as changing sockets, changing lights, etc.
