Key Responsibilities
1. Provide to Client technology related consulting services primarily with ArcGIS Desktop software.
2. Delivery of GIS Information Products (Static and Digital Maps, Application Configuration, etc) and Data Solutions (Data Ingestion, Manipulation, Transformation, etc)
3. Consult directly with clients technical resources in the building and implementing of Esri solutions.
4. Through interfacing and discussion, capture client requirements and execute tasks dutifully
5. Assume responsibility for defined assignments and projects that require immediate action or short-term planning of resources.
6. Work autonomously on small projects (1-3 months), keeping track of scope and schedule.
7. Build close working relationships with clients often working as part of an augmented client team.
8. Take a proactive part in any internal continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
9. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services offerings and methodologies.
10. Be commercially aware, proposing and developing high quality, simple and efficient projects.
11. Represent the company in a professional manner by building positive relationships with clients.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and experience, skills and attributes
Strong English skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced GIS analyst skills
Formal tertiary qualification in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Geography, Geospatial Science, Remote Sensing and/or Surveying).
Equivalent work experience - a minimum of three years working with and developing spatial solutions using ArcGIS software.
Experience in Software Configuration and Business Situation Analysis.
Experience in Data Visualization (Basic Mapping & Cartography and GIS Knowledge)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skill
Significant ArcGIS Desktop (and Extensions) experience
Excellent fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
The ability to prioritize workload, manage time and schedule tasks whilst remaining resilient to changing priorities.
Be self-managed, escalating issues accordingly.
Build rapport internally and externally with peers and customers to enable knowledge sharing, strong relationships, and successful projects.
Personality/behavior aligns with Client's core values.
