ey Responsibilities

• Provide technology consulting services to clients, primarily using ArcGIS Desktop software.
• Deliver GIS information products including static/digital maps, application configurations, and related outputs.
• Design and implement data solutions including ingestion, transformation, manipulation, and analysis.
• Work directly with client technical teams to understand requirements and execute GIS solutions.
• Capture business and technical requirements through client interaction and translate them into deliverables.
• Manage assigned tasks and short-term projects (1–3 months), ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
• Work independently on small-scale projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with clients as part of integrated or augmented teams.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company GIS products, services, and methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and commercially viable solution delivery.
• Represent the organization professionally and build strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Intermediate to advanced GIS analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Geography, Geospatial Science, Remote Sensing, Surveying, or related field.
• OR minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ArcGIS-based spatial solutions.
• Strong experience with ArcGIS Desktop and related extensions.
• Experience in GIS data visualization, cartography, and mapping.
• Knowledge of software configuration and business/requirements analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-driven with ability to escalate issues when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Alignment with organizational values and professional behavior.
