Job Description
- Oversee customs performance management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyse and report on customs performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline customs operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise customs procedures and cost efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of customs practices with global and regional standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the procurement and supply chain team on customs-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for customs audits and inspections.
- Monitor changes in customs regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Customs Performance Management (Senior Executive) should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customs processes and regulations.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments efficiently.
- Someone with experience in customs, trade compliance, logistics, supply chain operations, or import/export management, who enjoys working with data, reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement in a global environment.
