Global Finance Shared Services Manager
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Financial Transactions
Prepare and complete financial transactions (AR/AP/GL/Fixed Assets/Interco/Address Book/Banking etc.) timely and accurately according to accounting processes and procedures
Respond & resolve operational issues arise and ensure stakeholders requirements are met
2. Analysis and Report
Generate relevant finance reports (includes balance sheet, cash flow) timely and accurately
3. Continuous Improvement
Work on special project as requested to resolve problem or productivity improvement
4. Mentoring and Guidance
Provide functional guidance to juniors in accomplishing operational objectives
5. Acquire, Develop, Retain of Best People
To identify and hire right talent, develop high performance and motivated/engaged team with right competencies and capabilities
6. Drive Operational Excellence in Finance Department
Lead and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in finance process and system enhancement
Education Requirements
- Degree / Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
- Certificate / Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
- Candidate with ACCA will be given priority
