Your Responsibilities
- Support project managers and senior team members in coordinating digital projects
- Work closely with clients, designers, and developers to understand business requirements
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and organising requirements, user stories, and workflows
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and internal brainstorming sessions
- Help manage project timelines, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist in preparing project documentation such as meeting notes, requirement documents, briefs, and test cases
- Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Support testing, UAT coordination, and issue tracking during project implementation
- Learn and contribute to product planning, feature discussions, and digital solution improvements
- Continuously learn about digital products, AI solutions, user experience, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Passionate about digital products, technology, AI, and problem-solving
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with different teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital products is a plus
- Internship or university project experience in digital products, software, or business analysis is an advantage
- Experience with tools such as Figma, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a bonus
