About the Role
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to different aspects of the business, develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across various departments.
- Learn and understand the company's operations, products, services, policies, and business processes.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business projects and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to develop technical and leadership competencies.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through effective communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to one year of working experience are also welcome.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, clients, and business partners.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel or be rotated across different departments if required.
