Graphic Designer (Mandarin Speaker)

Basic Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Working Hour : 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm). Need to standby to work on special days if happen on weekend (10.10 sales / 11.11 sales / big holiday)

Requirement :

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design for live operation or e-commerce industry

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)

- Understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout)

- Fluent communication in Mandarin and English is compulsory

Job Scope :

- Design title cards, lower thirds (info banners), and outros for the live stream.

- Create infographics or data visualizations for live presentations.

- Craft promotional materials for the live stream (thumbnails, social media posts).

- Design interactive elements for audience participation (polls, Q&A graphics).

- Collaborate with the live stream operation team to ensure designs integrate seamlessly with the software and platform.

- Fulfill additional design requests from other departments or management as needed

- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
