Job Description
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Design promotional materials for training programmes including brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentation decks, and e-learning assets.
- Develop visual concepts that align with programme themes and target audiences.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional, cohesive look.
- Create templates and design systems for recurring programme formats.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote training programmes via email, social media, paid ads, and other online channels.
- Collaborate with the programme team to understand content and audience needs.
- Draft and schedule engaging content including promotional emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce multimedia content such as short videos, animations, and infographics to enhance programme visibility.
- Manage digital assets and maintain an organized content library.
- Support the development of programme-related content for websites and learning platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with programme executives, trainers, and marketing teams to align design and marketing efforts.
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance programme delivery.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Support internal communications and branding initiatives
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent visual storytelling and branding skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Required minimal supervision
