Partnering with a leading multinational financial institution, we are seeking a highly strategic yet fiercely hands-on Group-level Change Management Leader.
You will be stepping into a high-visibility leadership role to spearhead a massive, cross-border transformation program spanning across Southeast Asia and Africa. This is a rare opportunity to architect and drive change from the top down, while deeply impacting the customer journey on a global scale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary Change Management authority at the Group level, driving a mega-scale regional transformation initiative.
- Team Governance: Oversee, guide, and mentor a dedicated team of Change Managers initially across four distinct markets, with a clear roadmap for further geographical expansion.
- Hands-on Execution: Balance high-level strategy with granular delivery. You must be willing and highly capable of personally drafting SOPs and developing comprehensive training materials when required.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Redesign and elevate the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring that transformation efforts minimize friction and maximize adoption.
- Framework Application: Apply a deep, practical understanding of recognized change management frameworks to drive internal adoption and overcome organizational resistance.
Job Requirements:
- 15 to 20 years of robust experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or strategic operations.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating and leading complex, multi-million-dollar regional or global initiatives.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of formal change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
- A strong background in mapping and enhancing the customer journey within a corporate environment.
- An Individual Contributor work ethic packaged within a leadership profile—you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds of process design and training delivery.
- Experience within the Insurance sector is a strong advantage, though exceptional change leaders from other complex, highly regulated industries will be highly considered.
