Job Description

Strategic:
  • Propose the IT Roadmap based on the Group's direction and needs.
  • Ensure that all IT projects and initiatives align with the Group's ESG Framework.
  • Ensure project quality to guarantee project delivery within budget.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, guidelines, and sustainability practices, delivering within specified time constraints.
  • Collaborate with and report to senior stakeholders to ensure governance and reporting needs are satisfied through concise communication and transparency regarding project issues and decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, including with Business Units, and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and individuals.
  • Provide advice to Business Units on the implications of specific system design decisions.
Operations:
  • Ensure Business Units receive quality and timely service delivery from the Group IT Team.
  • Create and maintain an environment that fosters high-performing team cultures embracing diversity, delivery, ownership, teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage team utilization, including forecasting.
  • Plan and allocate resources for daily operations and project implementations.
  • Track progress, identify issues and dependencies, and drive resolution.
  • Analyze, implement, and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Design and implement practices to improve team delivery cadence to reach desired outcomes efficiently.
Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management or managing multiple projects concurrently, handling dependencies, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile and continuous IT project delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and adopting a digital footprint.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively deliver and report on progress, risks, issues, capacity, and costs.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence exceptionally well with various senior-level stakeholders, even when faced with potentially conflicting business requirements, in order to define a clear strategy that best serves the overall Group's direction.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, driving the success of technology and system implementations.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation projects within an organization.
