Plan and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for ZUS mobile app
Identifying gaps and opportunities from app users, transactions, and revenue trend, and optimize/ improve those above based on the user data.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms suchas Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and others to achieve key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, and ROAS
Conceptualize media buying campaigns (paid acquisition) and execute accordingly. Monitor app traffic and metrics to identify best practices of customer engagement and interaction, ensuring the quality of newly acquired users.
Conduct thorough analysis of acquisition campaigns and user behaviour to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, design, and analytics to improve app store presence, onboarding experience, and overall user engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.
Tweaking strategies and budgets based on performance to maximize ROI across different acquisition channels.
Create and provide accurate and timely metrics reports, analysis and insight to demonstrate the performance and return on investment of all acquisition activities
Evaluate paid digital media performance report and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to maximise budget that attribute to overall user acquisition ROI
Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendation
Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports

Qualifications & Experience
A diploma or a bachelors degree in marketing / marketing communications / PR / psychology / advertising
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition, with a focus on mobile apps
Experience working with mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch.
Experiences in SEO/SEM, PPC, GA4, app metrics analytic
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
