Job Description

Summary

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentivecolleague focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.
  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. TheLobby Ambassadoris responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division
  • Welcome the guests, assist with hotel show around etc
  • Arrange In room check in / Check out for VIP Guests
  • Engage with guest in little conversations in lobby / Regency lounge / Restaurants

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
  • Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • .Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only.
