Position : Guided Buying Senior Analyst

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (UK Working Hours) 1PM TO 10PM
Working Mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFH & 3 Days WFO)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

WHO CAN APPLY

• University degree in a technical or related equivalent business discipline.
• MCIPS/ISM qualification, or at stage of pre-qualification, desirable
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Source to Pay procurement processes and systems
• Minimum 3 and above years of experience with Ariba Procurement and Sourcing processes with focus on catalogues, and deployments of similar scope and scale.
• Proven expertise with Ariba Procurement & Catalogue solutions, catalogue enablement process (static and punchout), and overall use of catalogues
• Ability to coordinate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for catalogue data and catalogue transactions with technical team
• Experience working with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data
• Knowledge of procurement - sourcing, category, contracting and contract management preferred
• Experienced working with virtual teams
• Knowledge of programming (added advantage)
• Intermediate Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Role will require occasional hours outside of standard business hours - to join calls with overseas team members.
• Candidate with HTML experience
• Candidate who has experience in SRM/SAP and COUPA is added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Implementation Support

• In support of the Digital Operating System (DOS) transformation project to enrich content and buying channels, including on-going activation of catalogues, marketplaces, Fieldglass integration, P2P enablement, and Invoice against contract set up.
• Working in partnership with the various teams to deliver the project outcomes:

- Procurement and business stakeholders

- Suppliers

- Project Team members & Business Process Design Leads

- I&E Ariba S2P team

- GBS Operations Team e.g. Contract Enablement, Order Management, myProcurement, Invoicing and Payment

- GBS Master Data Management Team (MDM)

-GBS S2C and P2P SMEs e.g. Guided Buying, Enabling Solutions, GPOs

• Work in a team to establish, maintain and decommission catalogues, content and data in Guided Buying as part of the project deployments and requests from category teams
• Support Post Implementation Reviews to identify areas of improvement and a subsequent plan for future deployments.

Communication

- With the support of the Guided Buying team lead and project team, craft communication content to ensure that Guided Buying messages (such as status, plans, compliance) are effectively communicated to the respective Project Teams and/or Stakeholder groups.

- Work with the Guided Buying Team Lead to provide appropriate escalation for issues and non-compliance for Guided Buying Development and Compliance.

Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Work with the current Guided Buying team (BAU) to align on project and BAU priorities and architect model to ensure sustainability of a robust Guided Buying landing page, content, form, and policy updates.

- Contribute input to bp's internal operational desktop procedures for Guided Buying, as and when required

Other

- Supports the objective of no compromise on safe and compliant operations, including OMS related standards.

- Ensure compliance to BP policies such as risk management, delegation of authority (DOA) and DP functional guidelines.

Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the service line.
