we are looking out candidates for the role of Head - Field Services & DCS position with our client. Its permanent position and work location will be Kuala Lumpur.
Qualification
Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology or relevant experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
Experience in a large organization with large number of business transactions
Ability to manage a big team of employees
Competencies
Managing service providers Understanding of Field Service Operations on a large scale
Must possess strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage a large team of staff Customer focused both internally and externally
Ability to work after office hours and weekends/holidays
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player
Have own transport and willing to travel
