  • Job Responsibilities
  • Provides vision, planning and coordination of all Software development and implementation.
  • Provides leadership and management of project implementations and technical support
  • Create architecture approaches for support HR business applications design and implementation guide to development team.
  • Run daily scrums to assess risks in the current schedule, clear blocks and adjust roadmap deliverables

Mandatory Skill Sets
  • Minimum 10 years working experience with application development, support and project management
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge in leading system implementation, management, enhancement, maintenance and operation support of software applications
  • Candidate with good knowledge HR products
  • Proven track record of developing, deploying, and delivering quality solutions.
  • Experience of developing and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices with measurable results

Desired Skill Sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team member
  • Experience facilitating scrum teams, agile processes, continuous integration and delivery
