What You'll Be Leading

As the Head of Finance Shared Services & Governance, you will:

✅ Lead the transformation and centralization of Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) operations across the Group.

✅ Establish best-in-class Finance Shared Services with standardized processes, service levels, and governance.

✅ Drive Finance ERP governance, user administration, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

✅ Champion Finance master data governance to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

✅ Oversee Finance risk & compliance reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination.

✅ Build and lead a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement and change management.

We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

✔ Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

✔ 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, ERP Governance, or related functions.

✔ Strong experience managing AP & AR within a multi-entity or group environment.

✔ Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.

✔ Proven success in process improvement, automation, governance, and organizational transformation.

✔ Experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, or audit coordination is highly desirable.
