  • Planning the passenger schedule long and short term in order to optimize utilization of the AirAsia Group fleet and optimize, considering all relevant commercial and operational requirements.
  • Coordinating the Schedule with all concerned slot coordinators and managing the AirAsia Group slot portfolio in order to facilitate the operation of the planned schedule and to increase the companies slot assets.
  • Distributing the Schedule according to industry standards in order to enable operational planning within the company and in order to maximize the availability and salability of AirAsia Group Flights worldwide.
  • Planning the future schedules for the business plan in conjunction with the Network Planning Team in order to ensure an efficient budgeting and resource planning process throughout the whole company.
  • Managing the Scheduling team in the planning process for Charter flights in order to ensure an operationally and commercially optimized charter schedule. Managing the Scheduling department in terms of people /admin management in order to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the department.
