Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales Mid Market Northern spearheading U Mobile Mid Market Sales Team & hunting new Enterprise Mid Market clients in Malaysia selling our product including mobile line, DIA and solutions around 5G mobility capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep industry knowledge, and can lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and drive the enterprise mid market sales.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead and manage a team of key account managers to achieve monthly and quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the team's vertical (e.g., Logistic, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, report performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with customer needs.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
About You
- Possess at least diploma/degree in marketing or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales preferably in telecom or IT industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Preferably strong understanding of telecom technologies and services (e.g., mobile, VoIP, fibre).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage
