About The Job
- School Leadership: Form a core part of SALT, driving strategic growth, curriculum delivery (IGCSE), and school culture.
- Academic & Class Operations: Oversee teaching standards, manage classroom performance, and mentor secondary faculty.
- Teaching & Engagement: Maintain a light teaching load, delivering high-quality instruction while fostering student growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior academic leadership role (Head of Secondary / Vice Principal) in an international school setup.
- Deep understanding of the IGCSE framework.
- Strong working knowledge of international safeguarding, child protection standards, and pastoral care practices.
- Experience working in overseas international schools is strongly preferred.
