Job Summary:

The Head, People Strategy and Planning, will lead the development, execution, and management of comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves overseeing organizational design, HR analytics, and budget management to ensure the delivery of efficient and impactful HR solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development and Execution:

Lead the development and execution of the organization's HR strategy, aligning it with business goals and priorities.

Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and ensure HR initiatives support overall business objectives.

Drive strategic workforce planning, rightsizing, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.

Organizational Design and Development:

Design and implement organizational structures that optimize operational efficiency and workforce productivity.

Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and propose solutions to support business growth.

Lead initiatives on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. Compensation & Benefits Strategy

Design and regularly evaluate the organization's compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.

Implement innovative reward programs and benefit structures to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while maintaining cost efficiency.

HR Analytics and Insights:

Develop and manage HR analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Analyses HR metrics, such as workforce trends, employee engagement, and retention rates, to inform decision-making.

Create data-driven reports to support business cases and drive HR improvements.

Change Management

Lead and manage change management efforts to ensure seamless implementation of organizational changes and HR initiatives.

Act as a coach and consultant to senior leaders on change strategies and cultural transformation.

Budget Management:

Oversee the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and costeffectiveness.

Monitor HR spending and provide accurate forecasting to optimize resource allocation.

Ensure financial compliance in all HR-related initiatives and activities. Leadership and Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build a high-performing function.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the HR department.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, providing strategic guidance and insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned organizational strategies.

Manage relationships with external partners, such as consultants and service providers, to enhance HR capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic HR leadership role.

Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies and organizational design frameworks at a corporate or global level.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing HR budgets.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
