Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist in monitoring HSSE Performance systems and activities within the SPX warehouse and work together with HSSE Team members to coordinating and implementing HSSE standards.
  • Work with management in the preparation and implementation of company Occupational, Health, Safety & Security policies in accordance with HSSE regulations.
  • Assist in standardizing the quality and controlled HSSE documents to ensure all documents that have been used in operations are standard for all premises (checklists, forms, reports).
  • Assist to keep the tracker and providing HSSE performance analysis for improvement and reference.
  • Assist to keep the tracker and recording all HSSE cost summary and provide the data to any related
  • Department (Procurement, Finance, Operations, HR).
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HSSE Performance dashboard for audit and reference purpose.

Requirements:

  • In the progress of degree or higher at any local institute of higher education.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of OHSE / HSSE based on local law and regulations.
  • To compile weekly/monthly dept cost summary including document preparation for all premises.
  • To oversee the quality and control documents for HSSE usage for all premises.
  • Communicate with other stakeholders for anything related to HSSE.
  • To compile weekly/monthly HSSE Performance reports for all premises.
  • Ensure all documents and records are kept well for reference whenever needs.
  • To have a vision for anything that can enhance the HSSE Performance.
  • To have an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and BM)
  • Working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Willing to be placed in Shah Alam area
