Hiring Now – Datacenter Network Engineers (L0, L1, L2) – Johor, Malaysia

📍 Location:

Sedenak Tech Park (STeP), Bukit Batu, Kulai Johor

🕒 Contract Duration: 1 Month

Project-based – Must be completed within 24 days (starting 1st September 2025)

🛠️ Work Schedule:

24x7 rotational shifts (rostered by client) – including weekend

🔧 Open Roles & Job Descriptions

1. Datacenter Network L2 – Lead (10 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Lead break-fix and provisioning activities across critical network hardware
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, fiber cleaning, SFP installation, and circuit migrations
• Rack/de-rack equipment, document inventory, oversee data backup and erasure
• Support deployment (rack & stack, power/cable management, etc.)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of datacenter/telecom network experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge in fiber/copper cabling, routing & diagnostics
• Must pass 2 rounds of video interviews

2. Datacenter Network L1 (30 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Network installation and upgrades (routers, switches, WAPs)
• Troubleshoot fiber, copper, and wireless connections
• Work on network documentation and performance optimization
• Collaborate with engineering and NOC teams for incident resolution

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Ethernet/fiber cabling, wireless setups, and diagnostics
• 1 round of video interview

3. Datacenter Network L0 (10 positions)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic IT hardware installs (servers, switches, cabling)
• Execute tasks per engineer instructions and runbook
• Maintain documentation and handle cable terminations & labeling
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines, work on ladders and lifts

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of datacenter or low-voltage technician experience
• Basic computer skills and willingness to work in data center environments
• Must bring personal tools (laptop, fiber cleaning kit, etc.)
• 1 round of video interview
