Hospitality & Hotel - Senior Interior Designer (APAC Regional)

Do you light up at the thought of designing spaces where guests feel truly cared for We're on the lookout for a Senior Interior Designer who lives and breathes hospitality design — someone who turns hotels and resorts into places people remember long after they check out.

This is a role for a creative, detail-loving designer who has taken projects from that first spark of concept all the way through to completion. If you enjoy a collaborative, fast-moving studio and love bringing a design story to life, we'd genuinely love to meet you.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

• At least 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on hospitality design

• Fluent in spoken and written English; other languages are a lovely bonus

• Confident, warm communicator with great interpersonal skills

• Senior-level expertise in hotel space planning

• Strong conceptual design backed by a compelling design narrative

• Solid schematic and design development skills

• A natural at presenting ideas persuasively

• Proven experience leading as a design lead — and being a great teammate too

• Comfortable managing fast-paced projects and juggling priorities

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure

• Sharp eye for quality: technical drawings, shop drawing reviews, samples, and mock-ups

• Hands-on knowledge of CAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Enscape
