At Moxy, we do things differently. We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping Crew in delivering clean, stylish, and guest-ready spaces that create memorable stays.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be the quality champion of our hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards while motivating the team to deliver exceptional service every day.
What You'll Do
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet Moxy and Marriott brand standards.
- Coordinate daily room cleaning activities, prioritize room assignments, and manage room status updates.
- Identify and resolve room discrepancies by working closely with the Front Office team.
- Act as the key link between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Prepare daily reports, communicate shift updates, and maintain accurate records.
- Train, coach, motivate, and support Housekeeping Crew members to achieve performance and service goals.
- Monitor safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and creating positive guest experiences.
