Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent support to the Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping department by coordinating room assignments and handling guest requests.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Work experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
