Job Responsibility
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Maintain employee records and update employee information in the company's HR system
Ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as employment contracts and benefits forms, are completed accurately
Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture
Prepare payroll data in spreadsheets for the organization's payroll specialists
Serve as the point of communication between the HR department and the rest of the office
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Job Requirements
