Performance Management & Talent Development
Support the planning and execution of performance appraisal cycles and talent review processes.
Assist in implementing talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, leave management, employee benefits, claims processing, and statutory compliance.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data integrity.
Guide and coach junior HR team members in managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in handling employee enquiries and workplace matters in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate learning and development programmes, training administration, and employee development initiatives.
Support the identification of training needs and facilitate learning opportunities across the organisation.
Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and people-related projects.
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support informed business and talent decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
Well-rounded exposure to multiple HR functions, including HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or Rewards Administration.
Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
