Job Description

  • This role offers broad exposure across HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic people initiatives while contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

  • Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Support the planning and execution of performance appraisal cycles and talent review processes.

  • Assist in implementing talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll administration, leave management, employee benefits, claims processing, and statutory compliance.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data integrity.

  • Guide and coach junior HR team members in managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist in handling employee enquiries and workplace matters in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinate learning and development programmes, training administration, and employee development initiatives.

  • Support the identification of training needs and facilitate learning opportunities across the organisation.

  • Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and people-related projects.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.

  • Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support informed business and talent decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.

  • Well-rounded exposure to multiple HR functions, including HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or Rewards Administration.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
