Job Description

This HR Executive role will work closely with the HR Specialist and provide day-to-day support on HR administration, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement activities, and general HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes while supporting ongoing initiatives, including payroll migration and employee lifecycle administration.

Description

  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, employment contracts, and other employee documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure employee files and records are updated and maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage attendance and timekeeping records on a monthly basis.
  • Review and validate payroll-related data prior to submission to external payroll vendors.
  • Assist with payroll checking, variances, compensation updates, and payroll migration activities.
  • Support monthly payroll administration and ensure accuracy of employee information.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and internal programs.
  • Liaise with external service providers, including security personnel, cleaners, and other vendors.
  • Support general office administration and HR operational activities.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and hiring activities for junior-level positions.
  • Schedule interviews and support candidate onboarding processes.

Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with the HR Administration or within HR
  • Experience supporting payroll processes, attendance management, and employee records.
  • Exposure to outsourced payroll environments is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently while supporting multiple HR priorities.
  • Comfortable handling operational and administrative HR tasks.
  • Mandarin speaker is preferred for liasing with China counterparts
