Job Summary
The duties of HR Expert – Industrial Relations relate to the human resource and operations functions pertaining to all associates.
Job Scope
- Conduct counselling and coaching for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues.
- Take necessary disciplinary actions including conducting investigation, drafting warning letter conducting domestic inquiry pertaining to employees disciplinary.
- Perform analysis / prepare related reports on employee and industrial relations and any other areas within the scope.
- Monitor employee issues by analyzing types of misconducts of respective department.
- Monitor behavior and take action to adequately address such concerns or issues to avoid or to successfully defend against litigation.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
- Positive attitude and energetic with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign workers, human resource, and the operation team.
- Knowledge on overall HR systems, data security and protection requirements.
- Knowledge in Bosch safety and environmental regulations, Export Control, Bosch compliance guidelines including product liability, compliance and business ethics and antitrust law.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and have high integrity.
- Able to manage the job requirements and workload well under less guidance.
- Able to work in tight schedules and ready to accept responsibility and show commitments.
- Shows good spirit of comradeship in working with each other.
- Follows-through on commitments and able to takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes.
