To ensure compliance with statutory, laws, company policies and procedures. To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment. To develop, implement and monitor training programs to enhance organization learning and competency of employees. Handle employee related issues including counseling, disciplinary action, termination etc. To prepare HR reports. Responsible for medical claims, Group Personal Accident and Group Hospitalization schemes. Requirements:
Min 5 years experience in the related position. Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour and Industrial Law. Familiar with HRMS (Boss i-Net) is added advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. |
