Job Description

Client Background:Is a recognized leader in car park management services and one of the biggest owners of car parks in Malaysia

Industry: Service Management

Location: Phileo Damansara

Headcount: 1

Tenure: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, industrial relations, performance evaluation, compensation benefits and employee relations.
  • To ensure compliance with statutory, laws, company policies and procedures.
  • To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.
  • To develop, implement and monitor training programs to enhance organization learning and competency of employees.
  • Handle employee related issues including counseling, disciplinary action, termination etc.
  • To prepare HR reports.
  • Responsible for medical claims, Group Personal Accident and Group Hospitalization schemes.

    • Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years experience in the related position.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour and Industrial Law.
  • Familiar with HRMS (Boss i-Net) is added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Dynamic, resourceful and result driven.
